Who are we?
Respectively Executive housekeeper and personal manager during 30 years in the five stars Parisian hotel industry. Marie Jo et Didier Chevalier, in their early fifties, have decided to share with you the love for their house,Le Prieuré de la Fayolle.
Once she finished to prepare your room and set the table in a way both delicate and friendly,Marie Jo cooks various dishes, home-made jams and desserts (test the famous cream”Encore”-“Again and Again”), the regional or made-home recipes are prepared with vegetables and fruits of the garden or with fresh products from the market and will not let indifferent….
Didier is in charge of the kitchen garden’s and orchard’s maintenance as well as taking care to offer you shady charming cosy areas in the park ; he is also looking at the young vineyards from which in the hopefully near future, you’ll be able to enjoy a drink !
It is with a real passion that both together, Marie Jo and Didier have given a real spirit to this house, each one of them in the area they are found of Marie Jo’s hobbies are to renovate old furniture, to draw and paint in oil, everything she does in order to decorate every room. Mansion houses lover,Didier will be enthusiastic to tell you what he knows about the Prieuré and more over what he would like to discover about it .. its legends, old stories and other underground passages he always dreamed for ….!
